1. Eliblility criterion for access to domestic lounges is expenditure of Rs. 75000 in previous quarter. On this much expenditure 4 complementary lounge access per quarter are allowed on Sappiro Master card. Sapphiro Amex is irrelevant for doestic lounges
2. For access to international airport lounge access, you must have Dreamfolks or Priority Pass (started recently) issued by ICICI. The criterion of expenditure of Rs. 75000 is applicable for international lounges also. With this criterion, 4 international airport lounge accesses per quarter are allowed.
3. It is also written in their terms and conditions that lounge access is allowed to only primary card holder.
