Myntra's Big Fashion Festival is live, and the bank-offer banner says "10% Instant Discount on HDFC Bank Credit Card". But The banner leaves out the cap.
The discount stops at ₹800 per order, and you need to spend at least ₹3,500 to get it at all. Myntra is also running a second card offer for Flipkart SBI and Flipkart Axis cardholders.
For most order sizes, that one quietly matches or beats HDFC's 10%. This article covers both offers, using the terms Myntra shows on its own product pages, and tells you which card to use at each order size.

TL;DR
- Sale dates: the Big Fashion Festival opened to everyone at midnight on 8 October 2026. Myntra Insiders and VIP ticket holders got early access on 7 October. Myntra hasn't announced an end date.
- HDFC Bank credit cards: 10% instant discount on a minimum spend of ₹3,500, capped at ₹800 per order.
- HDFC credit card EMI: 10% off on a minimum of ₹3,500, capped at ₹1,250.
- Flipkart Axis and Flipkart SBI credit cards: flat 7.5% cashback (minimum ₹100) plus an extra 2.5% instant discount on orders of ₹2,500 or more, capped at ₹250.
- Which wins: under ₹3,500 and above ₹8,000, the Flipkart cards win. Between ₹3,500 and ₹8,000, the two offers are roughly tied. HDFC's 10% is best if you don't hold a Flipkart co-brand card.
Myntra Big Fashion Festival 2026: the card offers
These are the bank offers listed on Myntra product pages when we checked on 10 October 2026:
Card | Offer | Minimum order | Maximum discount |
|---|---|---|---|
HDFC Bank credit cards | 10% instant discount | ₹3,500 | ₹800 |
HDFC Bank credit card EMI | 10% instant discount | ₹3,500 | ₹1,250 |
Flipkart Axis Bank and Flipkart SBI credit cards | 7.5% cashback + 2.5% instant discount | ₹100 for cashback, ₹2,500 for the 2.5% discount | ₹250 on the 2.5% discount |
The HDFC discount is taken off at checkout, so you pay less immediately. With the Flipkart cards, only the 2.5% comes off at checkout. The 7.5% arrives later as cashback on your card statement.
Offers can differ by product, and Myntra links each one to its own terms. Always check the offer on the product page and the payment page before you pay.
What we couldn't confirm
Neither Myntra nor HDFC Bank had published a separate terms page for this offer that we could reach. That means a few details are still unclear:
- Whether the ₹800 cap applies once per card for the whole sale or to every order
- Whether HDFC debit cards are included. The product pages mention only credit cards and credit card EMI.
- Whether HDFC reverses the reward points or cashback your card would normally earn on the discounted order
- Which products or sellers are excluded
Treat the checkout screen as the final word on all of these.
The maths: HDFC's 10% vs the Flipkart cards
HDFC's cap is reached at an ₹8,000 order (10% of ₹8,000 = ₹800). After that, the discount stays at ₹800, so your effective saving keeps dropping as the order grows. The Flipkart cards' 2.5% discount caps at ₹10,000, but their 7.5% cashback keeps going, up to each card's own quarterly limit.
Order value | HDFC credit card (10%, max ₹800) | Flipkart SBI / Axis (7.5% cashback + 2.5%, max ₹250) |
|---|---|---|
₹3,000 | ₹0 (below the ₹3,500 minimum) | ₹300 |
₹5,000 | ₹500 | ₹500 |
₹8,000 | ₹800 | ₹800 |
₹12,000 | ₹800 | ₹1,150 |
₹20,000 | ₹800 | ₹1,750 |
So, for a single order:
- Under ₹3,500: use a Flipkart SBI or Flipkart Axis card. HDFC's offer doesn't apply yet.
- ₹3,500 to ₹8,000: the totals are about the same. HDFC gives you the money upfront, while the Flipkart cards pay most of it later as cashback. If your HDFC card also earns its normal rewards on the order, HDFC can edge ahead (see below).
- Above ₹8,000: the Flipkart cards win, and the gap gets wider with every extra rupee.
💡 Comparing more than these two offers? Myntra isn't the only sale running this week. Monzy's credit card offers tool shows what's live for each bank today, so you can see if another card in your wallet does better.
The Flipkart cards' 7.5% has its own limits
The 7.5% isn't a sale-only offer. It's the regular Myntra cashback on both Flipkart co-brand cards, and it comes with each card's normal rules:
- Flipkart SBI Card: SBI Card's terms cap Myntra cashback at ₹4,000 a quarter. That quarter is counted from your first transaction, not the calendar. EMI transactions earn no cashback. See the card details on Monzy's Flipkart SBI Card page.
- Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card: Axis Bank's card page lists 7.5% on Myntra, capped at ₹4,000 per statement quarter. See Monzy's Flipkart Axis Bank card page.
₹4,000 of 7.5% cashback covers about ₹53,000 of Myntra spending in a quarter. Most people won't hit that, but if you've had a big shopping quarter, check your statement first. Once the cap is used up, you only get the 2.5% instant discount (up to ₹250), and HDFC's 10% becomes the better deal.
⚠️ Watch out: paying on EMI changes the answer. HDFC's EMI offer is capped higher, at ₹1,250. The Flipkart SBI card's terms exclude EMI from cashback, so on an EMI order you'd only get the 2.5% discount. If you plan to convert a big order to EMI, an HDFC card is usually the better choice.
Which HDFC card should you use on Myntra?
The 10% offer applies to "HDFC Bank credit cards", so the choice comes down to what your card earns on top. The question is whether HDFC lets you keep those rewards on a discounted order, which we couldn't confirm.
- HDFC Millennia: HDFC's card page lists 5% cashback on Myntra (and Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Zomato and more), subject to a monthly cap. If that cashback still applies, a ₹5,000 order could be worth ₹500 off plus about ₹225 back. Read our HDFC Millennia review or see Monzy's HDFC Millennia card page.
- Premium HDFC cards (Infinia, Diners Club Black, Regalia Gold): these earn their normal reward rate on direct Myntra spends. HDFC's SmartBuy platform has also listed Myntra for accelerated rewards, but read the current SmartBuy terms before you route a sale order through it.
- Any HDFC card on EMI: you get the ₹1,250 cap, but check the EMI interest or no-cost terms at checkout.

How to get the Myntra HDFC discount
- Add items worth at least ₹3,500 to your cart. The minimum is checked on the final amount, after other discounts and coupons.
- On the payment page, choose your HDFC Bank credit card, or HDFC credit card EMI if you want the higher cap.
- Check that the 10% discount appears before you pay. If it doesn't, the product or card may not be eligible.
- If you return part of the order and the total drops below ₹3,500, expect the discount to be taken back from your refund. That's standard on bank offers. Check the offer terms linked on the product page.
How this compares with this month's other sales
This month's big sales each have a different bank partner, so the best card depends on where you're shopping:
- Myntra Big Fashion Festival: HDFC (10%, ₹800 cap) and the Flipkart co-brand cards (7.5% + 2.5%)
- Flipkart Big Billion Days: Axis Bank and ICICI Bank. See our Big Billion Days 2026 bank offers breakdown.
- Amazon Great Indian Festival: SBI cards. See our Amazon Great Indian Festival 2026 bank offers guide.

FAQs about the Myntra HDFC credit card offer
What is the Myntra HDFC credit card offer in the Big Fashion Festival 2026?
Myntra lists a 10% instant discount on HDFC Bank credit cards on a minimum spend of ₹3,500, capped at ₹800. On HDFC credit card EMI, the cap is ₹1,250. These terms were shown on Myntra product pages on 10 October 2026.
Is the Myntra HDFC offer valid on debit cards?
Myntra's product pages mention only HDFC Bank credit cards and credit card EMI for this sale. We couldn't find a debit card version, so check the payment page if you plan to use an HDFC debit card.
What is the minimum order for the Myntra HDFC discount?
₹3,500, for both the credit card and credit card EMI offers. Below that, the Flipkart SBI and Flipkart Axis cards' 7.5% cashback plus 2.5% discount (on orders of ₹2,500 or more) is the better choice.
Is Flipkart SBI or Flipkart Axis better than HDFC on Myntra?
For orders under ₹3,500 or over ₹8,000, yes. They're about the same between those two amounts. The Flipkart cards' 7.5% Myntra cashback is capped at ₹4,000 a quarter, so check you haven't used up your cap. Monzy's live credit card offers page shows what each bank offers today.
When does the Myntra Big Fashion Festival 2026 end?
The sale opened on 8 October 2026, with early access on 7 October for Insiders and VIP ticket holders. Myntra hasn't announced an end date, and bank offers can change during the sale.
Will I get HDFC reward points on a discounted Myntra order?
Neither Myntra nor HDFC has published that detail for this offer. Some bank sale offers take back rewards on discounted orders, so don't count on earning them on top of the 10%.
Conclusion
HDFC's 10% Myntra offer is worth using on orders between ₹3,500 and ₹8,000. It's the clear winner on EMI, and it's the best option if you don't hold a Flipkart co-brand card. If you do have a Flipkart SBI or Flipkart Axis card, use it on small orders and on anything over ₹8,000. Their 7.5% cashback plus 2.5% discount is simply worth more.
Before you pay, check the offer shown at checkout and compare it with Monzy's live credit card offers page. It only takes a minute.
